The new roster of the women's team made their debut appearance on the server this weekend, participating in the first open qualifier for the upcoming ESL Impact Season 4.

Aurora "aurora" Lyngdal and her new team started strong, first defeating the Mermaids in Round 2 with a 2-0 victory, followed by a 2-1 series win over n01dea in Round 3. 

Unfortunately, their run was halted by a 2-0 loss to YeYo after an intense match.

marie Dominates the Round with an Ace

Despite the lineup's loss on the first map, Vertigo, it's still worthwhile to rewatch and cheer for Marie "marie" Ellen Toft Sørensen in this highlight, where she dominated the second pistol round with an Ace.

Even though there are still some areas to improve for the newly formed lineup, there were undoubtedly some great plays and highlights from this first weekend of matches for the women's team, showcasing promise for the future.

Fortunately, the new lineup has another opportunity to qualify for ESL Impact Season 4 when the second open qualifier commences on Wednesday, August 23rd, at 18:00 CEST.
