After returning from a rough start to the season, the Talents found themselves in the Playoffs of POWER Ligaen S27. On November 23, 2024, they beat Denial 2-1 in the Semi-final but were later slain 0-2 in the Grand Final against WOPA.
Simon "sSen" Solnæs Iversen and Andreas "kiR" Kirstein were the two hard hitters on Nuke, where they claimed the map 13-6.
The Talents could almost close the match 2-0, as all 24 rounds were needed to pick a winner on Dust2. Unfortunately, Denial clinched the victory 11-13 despite a continued impressive performance by sSen & Co.
The decider was played out on Inferno, where the Talent team got a 5-1 lead but received a punch back, switching sides at a 6-6 scoreline. The experienced core of Richart "ANSG1" Saleela Nielsen, Emil "kroK" Wiedemann, and kiR took ownership of Inferno on the CT side, where the map was won 13-10.
The 17-year-old AWPer, ANSG1, hit 20 frags and achieved a solid 1.28 rating, the same rating as captain kiR, who, alongside kroK, also reached 19 frags on the final map to advance to the Grand Final.
Awaiting in the Grand Final was WOPA, who qualified directly to the final match a week before.
The Talents chose Nuke as their map pick, and after a close 7-5 first half, they leaped four rounds at the beginning of the second half, scoring 9-7. Unluckily, WOPA returned the favor and eventually grabbed the map, winning 11-13.
On Mirage, kiR and his troops fought well in the first half and were in the driver's seat going into the second half 8-4. WOPA then crashed into our car, winning nine consecutive rounds to gain the trophy.
