Today, we bid farewell and express our gratitude to Peter "casle" Ardenskjold, who stepped in as the head coach in the fall of 2022 following a successful tenure as a talent coach.

Kasper Straube, Sports Director:

"It is never easy to say goodbye to individuals who have made a significant personal and professional contribution, and Peter has been loyal throughout his time here, always working hard to achieve our goals. Therefore, on behalf of the organization, I extend a big thank you to him for his efforts with both our talent team and the main team. I am confident that we will see much more of Peter in the future."

"The demands here are high, and we are constantly evolving both as a team and organization. After analyzing the fall season and working to identify the future needs on and around the team, the conclusion is that a profile with different skills than Peter's is needed. We are acting on this now so that we can hit the ground running in 2024."

"Overall, we are in a very good position and enter 2024 with a strong belief that we can compete at the highest level. This requires, among other things, finding the right coach to lead the team, and that process is underway."

Peter "casle" Ardenskjold:

"I am, of course, saddened that I will no longer be a part of Astralis. It is an organization and people I have tremendous respect for, and I wish everyone the best. Thank you for giving me the opportunity and for a fantastic time with both the talent team and the main team, of which I am proud to have been a part. And thanks to all the fans for your fantastic support. I will miss that. See you out there!"

The new coach will be announced once found.
