Since February 24, August 'Agge' Rosenmeier and Faith Ustun have been competing in the FIFAe Club World Cup beating big names like AC Monza, Genoa, Riders and more. 58 goals scored by the two players throughout the tournament and a comfortable ride to the grand final.
The grand final took place on February 28 against Mkers in a winner-takes-it-all BO5. Ustun gave the final an explosive start with a 4-0 against Mkers' player Principe in the opening game. As Agge delivered a 3-2 victory against Oliboli, one of the world's best, in game 2, things looked very promising with a 2-0 scoreline.
But from here Mkers clapped back with Principe taking his first ever win against Ustun and Agge not able to repeat the feat against Oliboli bringing the BO5 to a stalemate, 2-2. The final game came down to a grueling match between Ustun and Principe ending in penalty shootout with the Mkers player clinching the victory in the end completing the reverse sweep.
Ustun and Agge ends the World Cup with a silvermedal and looks forward to FUT Cup 5 this week.
