TIMING OF COMPETITION

The competition will last April 12th until May 13th 2022.

PRIZE:

There will be chosen one winner who will win a gaming setup consisting of the below products worth €6.000.

TERMS:

How do you participate?

• You participate in the competition by answering the question correctly on the Astralis x Velux competition page and by providing your full name, email address, postal code and city.
• Among all participants who have answered the question correctly, we will select 25 participants at random to provide an image of their current gaming setup as well as a description of why they should be the winner.  Out of these, one winner of the prize will be selected by the Astralis Staff based on two criteria: current state of gaming setup and motivation for winning the prize.
• The winner will be chosen no later than May 30th, and the winner will be announced once the winner has been made aware, that the person has won the competition.
• If the winner does not reply to the email the email withing 3 working days, they will lose their right for the prize, and there will be chosen a new winner.
• Astralis A/S will pay the delivery cost.
• The competition participation is only available on the Astralis x Velux competition page.
• Employees of Astralis and VELUX are not allowed to participate in the competition.

Usage of personal information

• When participating in the competition, you accept the guidelines listed down below for usage and storage of your personal information
• When you participate in the competition you accept that Astralis can register all the necessary information about you as a participant in the competition
• The information that you will provide as a part of the competition will only be used for administration of the competition.
• Astralis is bound to protect the participants’ privacy. All personal information that is transferred as a part of the registration will be stored under safe conditions. We will only store the information until the winner has received the prize. All data for every participant will be deleted once the competition is over and the final winner has received the prize.

TAXES

It is the winner’s responsibility to register and pay off taxes for the prize.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

• The prize can not be exchanged to cash or other products.
• Astralis cannot be held responsible for any form of mistakes in writing.
• Astralis have the rights to control and exclude participants if any suspicion of cheating would occur
• The products in the prize might vary slightly from the picture shown on the competition page and social media. All products included in the prize are listed in the Prize section of the Terms & Conditions.
• The winner accepts that Astralis will film and publish video and images from the winner’s gaming room the day that the prizes are delivered.
