A monster performance from the team resulted in a fairly swift 2-0 against the Brazilians from Furia.
The team's own map pick of Overpass was over after 23 rounds, 16-7. On Furia's map pick a surprise by the form of Lucas 'Bubzkji' Andersen replacing Andreas 'Xyp9x' Højsleth turned everything on its head on Nuke.
With a K/D of 17-13 and an ADR of 86.4%, Bubzkji made a significant contribution to winning Nuke 16-6. A map Astralis had otherwise struggled on recently.
The explosive factor was brought on by Nicolai 'dev1ce' Reedtz putting up a stunning 47 frags and just 19 deaths (+26 K-D diff.)
There is one more hurdle to overcome at DreamHack Masters Winter and it's a big one. Mousesports, led by former teammate Finn 'karrigan' Andersen, has had a solid run through the tournament and it will take an A-game to overcome.
The Grand Final begins December 6, CET 16:00
