Creative for Astralis

Astralis is looking for a Creative to join its Content team.

Astralis owns and operates several different esports teams in Counter-Strike, League of Legends, and FIFA, each with their own identity and peak season. The content team collaborates with a range of internal and external stakeholders – including marketing, communications, and commercial – and not many days are alike. As a Creative, you will be part of the Content team, working closely together with three Video Producers, one Motion Graphic Designer, and one Creative Producer. You will report into the Creative Lead.

You will be responsible for a range of different tasks, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Producer to oversee all day-to-day content production
• Lead concept development, execution, and sign-off for content (primarily video) across Astralis channels, commercial partnerships, and pitches
• Act as a guiding support for the videographers / designers
• Craft commercial content proposals and pitch to clients, clearly communicating how each concept will deliver for their brand and objectives/KPIs
• Understand what content works well for the Astralis target audience
• Push the creative boundaries to constantly elevate our creative output

Requirements

• Excellent written communication & copy-writing skills in both Danish and English
• Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills in both Danish and English
• Experience working with clients / commercial partners through both pitch and execution
• Strong visual opinion
• Passion for storytelling - building and driving the story in every content piece or concept developed
