POWER Ligaen 4th Division consists of ten teams, all competing in a Group Stage, where everyone faces each other twice in best-of-one matches. 

The domesticleague runs from September 11 to November 23.

Number 1 from each group advances directly into the subsequent Division, while placings from 2-4 will face the bottom opponents from the upper Division.
