The Danes came out firing on Day 1 as they convincingly beat both Columbia and Saudi Arabia but were later defeated by Uzbekistan.
Everything was on the line on Day 2.
Ukraine proved to be a formidable opponent, who won 14-16 on Inferno, which meant that a win versus Tunisia was required to qualify.
A topfragging Andres "kiR" Kirstein and a great-performing team on Ancient helped the Danish squad to win the match 16-11 and secure playoffs in IESF WEC 2023.
Number one from each group qualifies directly for the quarter-finals, while the second- and third-placed teams qualify for the Ro12.
The Danes will then face North Macedonia, who placed second in Group D, today, August 28th, at 17:00 CEST.
