A victory against G2 puts Astralis at final group stretch

November 3, Astralis went through another nailbiter in the upper bracket semifinal against G2 Esports at BLAST Premier Fall.

G2 picked their usual Dust2 as the first map, where they outclassed Astralis 11-16 with a beastly performance from their newest player, Nikola 'NiKo' Kovač.

Nuke came to a similiar conclusion but in Astrlias' favor this time, 16-12. Moving on to the infamous decider map Inferno. A story as old as time with a tense overtime match ending 19-16 for Astralis, who took the series 2-1.

Astralis await their next opponent, who will be either G2 Esports or MIBR, depending on the result of their match later today.

The group final takes place on November 4, 20:30 CET.
