Completion of the offering and registration of share capital increase

In accordance with company announcement no. 1-2019 dated 14 November 2019 and no. 2-2019 dated 2 December 2019 regarding the offering of the shares (the “Offering”) in Astralis Group A/S (the “Company”), the share capital increase of 16,759,777 new shares of nominally DKK 0.01 each has as of the date of this announcement been registered with the Danish Business Authority. The offering has hereby been completed.

Hereafter, the Company’s nominal share capital is 567,597.77 divided into 56,759,777 shares of nominally DKK 0.01 each.

First day of trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark is expected to be 9 December 2019.
