Once again, Astralis is set to participate in the Gamebox Festival at MCH Messecenter Herning, scheduled from April 19 to April 21. Our staff, along with players from both the main and women's teams and the entire organization, are eager to replicate the great success of last year's festival.
At the Gamebox Festival, fans of Astralis and the broader Danish gaming community will experience the exciting Astralis quiz show, seize the opportunity to acquire the latest and coolest gaming gear and witness a thrilling show match. This match will feature many of the players known from Astralis Watch competing against a team of renowned Danish content creators.
Fans will also be able to engage with their idols in a highly anticipated grand Q&A session on the main stage and win amazing prizes at the Astralis stand.
Engaging with fans and the community is a cornerstone value at Astralis. We deeply appreciate the unwavering support we receive during major tournaments. This support has been instrumental in our success, and we acknowledge that without our fans, we wouldn't be where we are today. Therefore, it's a significant priority for us to always maintain a visible presence at events like these as a gesture of gratitude and connection with our fans.
"Gamebox has become a tradition and one of the year's highlights for us. The overwhelming reception and support we receive from the thousands of visitors at the festival brings a lot of good energy to our players and everybody who is there, and it certainly is a motivation factor for all of us."
"While the performance of the teams will always come first, meeting the fans and giving back to the community is something we will always prioritize. It means a lot to us to be able to contribute to the Danish gaming scene, whether it's about elite esports at the top level, entertainment, health, education, social communities, or culture in general, and Gamebox is a cornucopia of it all."
"There are always a lot of visitors at Gamebox, and we can only hope that even more will discover the festival, which offers both a broad and deep insight into everything that gaming can be and is. We will certainly do our part to ensure the visitors have quite an experience," Steen Laursen says.
