On Thursday, June 22nd, another career and networking event was held with more than 100 IT professionals at Astralis Nexus in the centre of Copenhagen.

The event, organized for the third time at Nexus, was hosted by Computerworld it-Jobbank, Denmark's most significant IT job portal, and IT-Branchen, an interest organization for Danish companies in information technology, internet, telecommunications, etc.

The career and networking event theme was: Diversity and Inclusion in the IT Industry.

Novo Nordisk, Denmark's largest pharmaceutical company, and Centrica Energy Trading, which deals with renewable energy trading, were invited to share their initiatives in creating a welcoming workplace.

The 100+ IT professionals had the opportunity to listen to presentations by Nadia Zaabi, who spoke about diversity and inclusion from an HR perspective, followed by Torben Tronborg, who discussed the path to inclusion and productivity in a modern company.

After the presentations, moderator Nicklas Pyrdol facilitated an informal panel debate on the event's theme.

The attendees had the chance to enjoy the catering with food and drinks in the Copenhagen sun on Nexus' large event terrace with a beautiful view over the iconic Tivoli Gardens.

After the sessions, the attendees had a chance to end their day by playing CS:GO in Nexus' modern and professional gaming atmosphere.
