blameF shares thoughts on his new role

July 14, 2023

With the two significant changes to the roster this summer and the additions of Victor "Staehr" Staehr and Johannes "b0RUP" Borup, the main Counter-Strike team now introduces an entirely new constellation, dynamic, and role distribution on the verge of an exciting and eventful fall season.

With these significant changes, the Danish squad has also gained a new team captain - an in-game leader (IGL) - named Benjamin "blameF" Bremer.

However, the 26-year-old rifler is not entirely inexperienced in the captain's role, as he previously assisted the team's now former in-game leader Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander on selected maps as the man with tactical responsibility.

But this is still the first time the dedicated blameF will act as the team's undisputed IGL - the man with the strategic responsibility when things get heated on the server.

On the media day for BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2023, blameF was asked about his new role and, not least, how he plans to impact the Danish team.

In the interview below, you can hear blameF talk about what he expects of himself and his teammates - and what he appreciates in a strong leadership figure:
